Toni Ann Russo is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Russo Petrullo Law Group, LLC, formerly the Law Offices of Toni Ann Russo, LLC, which she founded in 1991. For more than three decades, she has defined the term passionate representation — fighting fearlessly for her clients in family courtrooms across New Jersey.

Education

Toni Ann graduated with honors from St. John's University in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing. She earned her Juris Doctor at Touro Law School in New York, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the yearbook and Secretary of the Student Bar Association, and received awards for Outstanding Contributions to Student Life.

Experience

With nearly 40 years of legal experience, Toni Ann concentrates her practice in family law, including divorce, custody, child support and alimony, equitable distribution, separation agreements, mediation, domestic violence, and DCPP/DYFS matters. She is a former prosecuting attorney for Harrington Park and now defends municipal matters as well — experience that gives her clients insight into both sides of the courtroom.

Toni Ann has made lasting inroads for her clients, including being published in a seminal New Jersey Appellate Division opinion regarding criminal sentencing, State v. Mirikaj.
